Service & Pricing: - Next-Day: $0.90/lb - Same-Day: $1.50/lb - Subscription: $40/week or $120/month (up to 40 lbs/week) - Comforters: $17-$18 flat rate - 10 lb minimum per order - Over 40 lbs on subscriptions: $1.25/lb - Extra fees apply for heavily soiled laundry (feces, blood, etc.) 2. Payment Terms: - Payment due at pickup or drop-off - Cash, Credit Card, or Debit accepted - Subscriptions are pre-paid weekly/monthly - All laundry is weighed and photographed before washing - Clear drop-off instructions required 3. Allergies & Special Requests: - Customer must inform us of allergies or detergent issues - Standard detergent used unless otherwise requested - Color-coordinated washing is standard if no instructions provided - Hypoallergenic or fragrance-free detergent available at $2 per 20 lbs 4. Liability & Delivery: - We are not responsible for laundry after delivery unless directly handed off - We photograph delivered laundry for confirmation - No liability for lost/stolen items after drop-off 5. Refund & Rewash Policy: - Notify us within 24 hours of issues - Rewash may be offered; no refunds after service is complete 6. Missed Pickup/Drop Fees: - $5 rescheduling fee may apply 7. Abandoned Laundry: - Items not claimed in 14 days may be donated or discarded 8. Service Limitations: - No processing for leather, suede, silk, or dry-clean-only without prior notice 9. Photo Consent: - By using our service, you consent to photos of laundry bags for tracking and transparency 10. Discounts: - 5% off for veterans, first responders, postal workers, city employees, LH University students/staff (proof required)
